These terms apply when you buy an item from North East Sporting Memories through northeastsportingmemories.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

The seller

Items are sold by North East Sporting Memories, an independent collector’s archive based in the North East of England. Contact us via our contact form.

Items & condition

Every item in the archive is second-hand and hand-graded. Photographs, condition notes and measurements are provided in good faith to reflect the item as accurately as possible. Age-related wear is normal and does not constitute a fault.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout using a debit or credit card. Your order is confirmed once payment has cleared and you have received a confirmation email.

Availability

Every piece is one-of-a-kind. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you order (for example, damaged in storage), we will refund you in full within 5 working days.

Returns

See our returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Liability

Our liability for any item is limited to the price you paid for it. We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
